Alexander joined the team in 2014. Prior to joining Antirust Advisory, he worked at leading international law firms: Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Dechert and DLA Piper.
Alexander is actively involved in strategizing and providing legal services to major companies, both nationally and internationally. He has in-depth knowledge of antitrust and commercial matters, expertise in M&A approvals, as well as antitrust disputes and investigations.
Alexander is a member of FAS Russia's Expert Council on the Development of Competition in Retail Trade, and regularly interacts with FAS Russia on issues of improving Russian antimonopoly legislation. Alexander was awarded a certificate of honor by the FAS of Russia.
From 2023-2024, he chaired a working group of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACJC) to develop good practices on how marketplaces interact with rights holders and sellers to combat the sale of counterfeit goods.”
