Anna joined our team in 2017 and has since progressed from a legal assistant to a Senior Associate.
Anna provides legal advice on matters related to competition disputes, trade law, unfair competition, and advertising. Among her recent projects are:
- Assisting several FMCG companies in unfair competition cases, such as in instances where competitors copied packaging designs or misled consumers.
- Advising a major international tobacco company on the organisation of sales and the introduction of innovative products to the market, taking into account industry-specific restrictions.
- Supporting clients on competition regulation in digital markets across Russia and the EAEU countries.
- Conducting competition audits for a number of FMCG companies.
- Providing legal support to the National Council for the Financial Market in defending the interests of private banks against inflated SMS tariffs imposed by the largest mobile operators (MTS, MegaFon, Tele2, and VimpelCom).
