Evgeny Khokhlov

Information

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Eugene worked at leading international law firms Linklaters, Clifford Chance and DLA Piper.

Evgeny is a member of the Expert Council of the FAS of Russia on the development of competition in the field of information technologies, as well as a member of the Expert Council of the FAS of Russia on foreign investments.

In 2015. Evgeny was awarded a medal of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, for his contribution to the development of antimonopoly regulation in Russia. In 2008 and 2011, he was awarded certificates of honor by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.

Since 2013, Mr. Kutafin has been teaching competition law at the Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (MGLA). He is also a lecturer at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
