Natalia joined the team in 2015 and has since progressed from a Junior Associate to a Senior Associate.

Before joining Antitrust Advisory, she worked in Russian consulting firms.

Natalia is an expert in coordinating transactions with the FAS and other government authorities. She works with both Russian and international regulators, providing clients with support in competition clearances across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. She is well-versed in the nuances of anti-sanctions regulation and can support complex transactions at all stages of clearance — including cases requiring approval from the Government Commission.
