Ekaterina joined the team in 2023
Ekaterina's key competencies include coordinating transactions with the FAS, including within the framework of economic concentration control and foreign investments in strategic industries. She also supports projects requiring approvals from the Government Commission and the President of the Russian Federation under the counter-sanctions decrees (No. 81, 618, 95, 520, 138, 322).
Ekaterina actively participates in competition investigations, representing both applicants and companies acting as defendants. She provides advice on competition law, antitrust proceedings, and related areas.
Her practice includes working with Russian trade law, EAEU competition rules, preparing non-compete agreements, and conducting competition audits.
