Antitrust Advisory jointly with the research laboratory ‘Centre for Competition Policy and Economy Research’ (Kazakhstan) and the Eurasian Economic Commission prepared a compendium ‘Practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union on Competition and Antitrust Regulation for 2017 - 2021’.
The Compendium includes acts issued by the EEC and the EAEU Court in cases on the protection of competition in cross-border markets over the last five years.
Evgeny Khokhlov, Partner at Antitrust Advisory, participated in writing the analytical review (foreword) for the Collection. Arman Shakkaliev, Member of the Board (Minister) for Competition and Antimonopoly Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and Aldash Aitzhanov, President of the Centre for Development and Protection of Competition Policy, acted as responsible editors of the Collection.
The compendium is posted at open access free of charge.
