On 18 November, associate Anna Zabolotnykh spoke at the annual practical conference Legal Risk Management 2021, arranged by Dialog Management Partners.
Generally, the conference’s audience is represented by directors and heads of legal and compliance departments of international and Russian companies, law firms’ partners and independent experts. More than 120 attendees participated in the forum.
Anna made a presentation on the topic ‘Provision of Information at the Request of the Competition Authority’. Anna shared her practical insights into key aspects of cooperation with the FAS of Russia: what aspects one needs to focus on upon the receipt of the request for information; how to prepare a response; what to do if one doesn’t manage to provide a response on time, and other issues.
