On November 18, Antitrust Advisory lawyer Anna Zabolotnykh spoke at the practical conference Legal Risk Management 2021, which is organised annually by Dialog Management Partners.
Traditionally, the main audience of the conference is represented by heads of legal and compliance departments of international and Russian companies, law firms, as well as independent experts. More than 120 participants took part in the conference.
Anna made a presentation on ‘Providing Information at the Request of the Antimonopoly Authority’. Anna shared practical knowledge and drew the audience's attention to the key aspects of interaction with the FAS: what to pay attention to when receiving a request, how to prepare a response, what to do if you fail to provide a timely response to the antimonopoly authority's request, and so on.
