On 17 June, the annual antimonopoly conference Pravo.ru was held with the support of FAS of Russia ‘Antitrust law: to the next level’. The participants discussed the most topical issues in the field of antitrust law, including price regulation, antitrust regulation of ecosystems and practices in digital markets, innovations in law enforcement practice after the adoption of the ‘antitrust’ Plenum of the Supreme Court, national and cross-border cartels, etc.
Antitrust Advisory lawyer Anna Zabolotnykh spoke at the session National and cross-border cartels on ‘The Eurasian Economic Commission's Approaches to Vertical Restraints in the Context of the Russian Experience’. As part of her presentation, Anna focused the audience's attention on the EEC's active role in studying the practices of companies related to the distribution of distributors across the territories of the Eurasian Economic Union member states, the EEC's position and the EAEU Court's approach to the delineation of vertical agreements and coordination of economic activities.
